,Every so often I come across a video that is so absurd that all I can say is, WTF?

This one comes out of Stark County, Ohio, where Republican Treasury candidate Phil Davison appears to either have channeled his inner Robert De Niro, or completely lost his mind. he goes on an almost six minute rant about how the Stark County government is a mess and requires drastic actions. I think the best parts are every time he forgets what he’s saying and has to run back to the podium. Eventually, he guarantees that, if nominated, he will win this election.
